A shortage of senior AI talent across the UAE and wider Gulf is pushing companies to rethink how they recruit highly experienced data and artificial intelligence specialists.
Mahala.ai has expanded a remote hiring model targeting enterprises, government bodies and semi-government organisations across the UAE and GCC that need experienced Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI and machine-learning specialists, and MLOps professionals. The company says specialists can work remotely while accessing clients’ own secure infrastructure, allowing sensitive data to remain within the organisation’s controlled environment.
