2. Counter-Notification
If you believe a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly submitted against you, you may file a counter-notification. To be valid, it must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- The URL of the content that was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your legal region
- Your electronic or physical signature

3. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
