DMCA Policy

1. Notification of Infringement

To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include:

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly submitted against you, you may file a counter-notification. To be valid, it must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • The URL of the content that was removed or disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your legal region
  • Your electronic or physical signature

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.


4. Disclaimer
