DIP Holding has set its final IPO price at AED 1.12 per share, positioning the offering to generate approximately $529 million for selling shareholder Dubai Investments.

According to Zawya’s November 4 report, the final price sits within the previously announced AED 1.10–AED 1.15 range. It is slightly below the range’s mathematical midpoint of AED 1.125.

The offering involves existing shares held by Dubai Investments. Consequently, the proceeds go to the parent company rather than representing newly raised capital for DIP Holding itself.

What the 7.5% dividend yield means

The indicative yield is based on DIP Holding’s expected FY2027 dividend of AED 725 million and the final offer price.

Using the announced share capital, that target equates to approximately 8.36 fils per share. Dividing it by the AED 1.12 offer price produces a yield of roughly 7.46%, rounded to 7.5%.

This is a prospective dividend yield, not a guaranteed investment return. Dividends remain subject to the relevant approvals and financial conditions, while the yield available to someone buying after listing will depend on the market price paid.
