Following the successful completion of key strategic and operational objectives, former Chief Executive Officer Rose Anwar has moved on to pursue a new venture. During her tenure, Rose played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s foundation, strengthening its operational framework, and positioning 7th Key Development for long-term growth.
As the company moves forward, leadership responsibilities will be jointly assumed by Nuwan Karunanayake, General Manager, and Archit Arya, Operations Director, whose combined expertise will continue guiding the business through its next chapter of development and expansion.

As of June 2026, construction has reached 15.74% completion, with the project progressing steadily toward its anticipated completion in June 2028.
