Binghatti Holding Ltd has launched its AED2 billion Skyblade development in Dubai, marking a major milestone for the developer. The launch event was held at Rixos Tersane Istanbul, offering stunning views of the Golden Horn and Bosphorus Sea, and drew over 2,000 guests, including investors, business leaders, dignitaries, and cultural icons.
Hosted by Hollywood actor Terry Crews, the gala evening included a live orchestra and celebrated the unveiling of Skyblade on Burj Khalifa Boulevard in Downtown Dubai. The tower comprises 621 luxury residences, featuring Royal Suites, studios with private jacuzzis, and two- and three-bedroom Royal units with private pools. At its crown, the development will boast an Infinity Sky Pool, offering panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and the Downtown skyline.
Following the launch, Binghatti announced a five-day sales showcase from September 7 to 11 at Swissotel The Bosphorus, providing attendees with investment consultations and guidance.
