  • Ultrapak Limited – 99% ownership, an investment company established in Saudi Arabia.
  • Saudi Plastic Packaging Systems Limited (Plastico) – 99% ownership, formerly known as Savola Packaging Systems Limited, engaged in packaging trade, plastic lids, tin sheets, metal and semi-metal containers, glass bottles, household glassware, sodium silicate, commercial services, import, export, and contracting.
  • Al-Sharq Plastic Industries Limited (Al-Sharq) – 99% ownership, based in Saudi Arabia, specializing in polyethylene bags, polystyrene cups, containers, plates, melamine household products, waste containers, barrels, boxes, profiles, and sanitary ware.
  • New Marina for Plastic Industries (S.A.E.) – 99.66% ownership, based in Egypt. Engaged in plastic product manufacturing, foam production, spare parts, metal processing, repairs, import, export, trade, and financial leasing.
