Ras Al Khaimah โ Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAEโs first gaming resort, has officially revealed Enclave, its exclusive ultra-luxury residential collection set high within its iconic 300-meter tower. Scheduled to open in early 2027, Enclave aims to set new standards in luxury living and hospitality in the Gulf region.
Developed by Wynn Design & Development, Enclave will house 313 elite residences, ranging from spacious 75 sqm King Suites to two opulent 1,500 sqm Royal Apartments, crafted in collaboration with Anouska Hempel (London) and Pinto Design (Paris). These accommodations embrace Wynnโs signature philosophy of timeless elegance, regional heritage, and personalized service.
A Private World Above Wynn Al Marjan
Accessed through a guarded, lushly landscaped entryway, Enclave guests are welcomed into an exclusive lobby with private elevators leading to no more than 15 suites per floor. Interior palettes reflect serene hues of platinum, sapphire, cream, gold, and sea mist, floating above the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf.
Each residence offers dual in-room private pantries, refined AM/PM amenities, and interiors tailored to international and cultural expectationsโmaking Enclave a haven for discerning global travelers.
โOur challenge was to create intimacy within grandeur,โ said Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development.
โWith Enclave, weโve cut and polished every design detail like a rare gem, veiling and revealing the magic at every turn.โ
Royal Apartments and Garden Retreats
Two Royal Apartments at the towerโs summit will stand as the crown jewels of the projectโexemplifying unmatched scale, exclusivity, and hospitality design sophistication on a global level.
Complementing the towers, guests will enjoy three serene pools, a private beach, and a tropical retreat complete with cabanas, bungalows, and beach butler serviceโcrafted for everything from secluded escapes to vibrant family gatherings.
Culinary Excellence in the Sky
At the heart of Enclave lies its signature restaurant, located above the grand lobby. Offering exclusive breakfast and transforming into a vibrant Lebanese dining destination by night, the venue will be led by a renowned Beirut and Paris-based restaurateur, making their UAE debut.
