Saudi Arabia has launched subscriptions for its October 2025 ‘Sah’ savings sukuk, offering investors an annual return of 4.83%. The Ministry of Finance’s National Debt Management Center manages this issuance as part of the government’s 2025 calendar. The program aims to strengthen the domestic savings market and expand financial inclusion. The sukuk targets both individual and institutional investors, providing a Sharia-compliant option. It supports the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals for economic diversification and financial sector growth. The return slightly decreased from last month’s 4.88% due to current market conditions. The government expects this adjustment to maintain investor interest while effectively managing fiscal policy.
