Company History
The company has been established in 1968G at Dammam, as a Limited Liability company to manufacture pipes, fittings, tanks and rubber products. After several years the company has established a Group of Companies. The company has been converted from Limited liability company into Saudi Joint Stock company in accordance with the H.E. Minister of Commerce )Decree No. 886 dated 6/8/1414H(. The shares of the company have been traded in the Saudi Stock market on May 1996. In 1997 the company has started to implement the strategy of expansion in the GCC and in the other countries. In 2001 the Company has acquired Flowtite Group which was located in most of the European countries, Africa, South America and Asia. In addition to the Flowtite owns the technology of manufacturing of Fiberglass pipes. In 2017 Flowtite has been merged with HOBAS, (a leader of manufacturing of Fiberglass pipes in Centrifugal technology), and created a new entity called )AMIBLU(, 50% for each party.
