Company History
Middle East Paper Company was incorporated as a limited liability in the year 1421H (2000G) with a share capital of (15 Million SAR). In the year 1432H (2011G) the Company share capital increased gradually until it reached (360 Million SAR), in the year 1433H (2012G) the Company was converted into a Closed Joint Stock Company under the Minister of Commerce and Industry Resolution No. 44/S, In addition in year 1435H (2014G) the Company”s share capital increased to (400 Million SAR), then the Company share capital increased to (500 Million SAR) consisting of (50 Million) ordinary shares with a nominal value of (SAR 10) each, and then Company capital has been increased in 1444H (2022G) to become 666,666,660 million riyals divided into 66,666,666 ordinary shares with a nominal value of (10) ten Saudi riyals per share, and in the year 1445H (2023G) the Company capital increased to become SAR 866,666,650 divided into 866,666,65 ordinary shares at a nominal value of (SAR 10) per share which is the Company current capital.
