Company History
Maharah established as a closed joint stock company in accordance with the Ministerial Resolution No. 80/S, dated 02/04/1434H (corresponding to 13/02/2013G), with commercial registration No. 07/04/1434H (corresponding to 18/02/2013G). The company has a license from the Ministry of Labor and Social Development to recruit and source labor to corporate and household customers, at 31st March 2019 the Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced the approval on the Initial Public Offering of Maharah Human Resources Company”s Shares. to be the first public listed company in its field.
